We know how reputation is destroyed. That is why companies trust us to protect theirs.

We operate inside social media, inside transactions and inside crises. We bring that knowledge to bear before the story breaks.

What We Believe

We don't monitor conversations.
We understand them.

We didn't retrofit for the social media age. We were built inside it.

01

Reputation is a business risk issue.

Most communications firms tell you what is being said. We tell you what it means, who is driving it, how fast it is moving, and what it will cost you if you don't act first. It affects enterprise value, the licence to operate, the ability to attract capital and close transactions.

02

Speed is the ultimate currency of control.

Most leaders wait for the full picture before they act. By then, the narrative has already been written by someone else. In the digital age, crises compound within hours, and every minute of silence is a minute your adversaries spend defining you. We provide leaders the intelligence and the systems to move first, frame the situation on their terms, and convert a moment of vulnerability into a demonstration of decisive leadership.

03

Digital platforms are the new arenas of value creation and defense.

A crisis on TikTok or a campaign by activist investors on Reddit cannot be managed with a traditional press release. Failing to master platform dynamics is no longer a marketing failure — it is a systemic vulnerability that directly attacks your market capitalisation. We engineer platform-native strategies that protect your valuation and build stakeholder trust exactly where opinions are formed and battles are won.

04

Executive presence is strategic leverage.

In a low-trust environment, markets and talent demand visible leadership over faceless institutions. A CEO without a strategic digital footprint leaves a vacuum that adversaries will exploit during a crisis or transaction. Executive presence is digital equity. We build and deploy executive profiles that serve as a direct proxy for corporate stability, lower the cost of capital, and provide the decisive advantage needed to protect the company's licence to operate.

What We Do

We work on four types of mandates.

Each at the intersection of strategic communications, platform intelligence, and real-time execution.

01
Threat & Issue Intelligence

Early warning, before a crisis reaches mainstream media. Real-time monitoring built around your specific community, your filter bubble, your algorithmic environment. The output is not data. It is a direct translation into business risk.

02
Narrative Leadership & Executive Positioning

Long before a crisis forces you to speak, your leadership team should already have a voice worth listening to. We build that infrastructure. We make sure it holds under pressure.

03
Transaction Communication

Every transaction carries reputational risk. We embed from the start. We build the equity story and ensure the narrative is not written without you. M&A, IPO, restructuring.

04
Crisis Response

When a situation breaks, we are already operational. Real-time dashboards, integrated messaging, counter-narrative deployment. Twenty minutes from trigger to activation. No steering committees. No waiting.

Documented Work

Two things we can talk about publicly.

Most of what we do remains confidential. What follows is documented — and sufficient to understand what we are about.

How to get canceled online (fast)

A podcast on the mechanics of reputational collapse, co-hosted by Charles Bahr and Philipp Jessen. More than 10,000 decision-makers have listened: journalists, communications directors, board advisors.

The intellectual foundation behind the practice. Required listening for anyone who wants to understand why the old playbook fails.

ZCG advised Flibco on its acquisition by Flix

We advised Flibco throughout the Flix acquisition, one of the most closely watched mobility transactions in European transport. We embedded from day one. We built the equity narrative, ran real-time social media intelligence on key competitors, and placed coverage in BILD and Manager Magazin.

The transaction was documented in a film available on Amazon Prime. BILD reported insiders estimate the deal at over €100 million.

What is not documented here, remains internal.

We advise companies, executives, and investors in situations where reputation becomes the decisive business factor. Some of that work is public. Most of it is not.

We would love to tell you more about our work, our proprietary tools, and what we are building. We prefer not to discuss the details in public.

If you are dealing with a reputational challenge, a transaction at risk, or a narrative that is forming without you: write to us.
